It is very important to us that your shopping experience is positive and satisfactory. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it arrives damaged, please call us at 615.293.0596 and we will fix the problem as fast as possible.
You can return your purchase for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the original ship date of your order for a full refund. Any returns after that date are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
We do not accept returns on dated materials (i.e. calendars, checkbook planners) more than 45 days after the original ship date or January 15th, whichever comes first. We are not responsible for any return shipping fees. All refunds will be issued in the form of a check within four weeks of the returned shipment. If you would like the credit to be left on your account, please indicate that in writing. Returned items must be in its original packaging, clean and in brand-new condition.
To exchange an item, return the item you wish to exchange to us and indicate in writing the item you with to exchange it, or you can come to our store at 1613 Jefferson Street Nashville, TN 37208 during our regular hours of operation. If exchanged via mail, you are responsible for the shipping of the new item back to you.
